-What is the best career decision you’ve ever made?
The best career decision was made when I took time to go through a practice experience of around 9 years in Vienna with which I fulfilled a broad range of professional knowledge which made me what I am mostly professionally today.
-Tell me how you prioritise your workload?
The prioritising issue in Romania is a real challenge for the design works. It is a reality which you have to deal with in an environment where nobody plans nor makes decisions in a reasonable time advance. So this is the answer: you can not prioritise properly your work load in Romania.
-What is your next goal?
My next goal is to think seriously which is my next goal.
-Can you tell me about a time when you almost gave up on project, how you felt about that, and what you did to turn it around?
I remember a situation for a project where the beneficiary changed his position besides a house concept which I first proposed. He thought in a moment that this one could not have been built as it was proposed and he wanted a new concept much more simple. I managed to publish the project in an architecture magazine and after he saw the project printed and acclaimed as an innovative one, then he reviewed his position and so it was finalised the “Egg”House.
